The Combpyne-Rousdon Flower and Produce Association is holding its Annual Show this Saturday, August 21.

The Combpyne-Rousdon Flower and Produce Association is holding its Annual Show this Saturday, August 21.

The event will be held at the Peek Hall in Rousdon, at 2.30pm.

For anyone who would like to enter any of the classes, schedules are available at Rousdon Garage and Stores and entries must be in by 9pm, on Wednesday, August 18.

The categories included in this year’s show are: vegetables; fruit; cut flowers; cookery; preserves; handicrafts; photography; flower arrangements and the children’s section.

There will also be a raffle and tombola, and exhibitions of willow craft, jewellery and painting by local artists for sale at the show.

This will be followed by the popular auction where many of the entries are sold.

Organisers have called on residents to support this local event, where the entry price includes refreshments.
