STUNNING views of some of the South West's most treasured beauty spots have been captured in the lens of landscape photographer Simon Bean.

You can see glorious sunsets and moody scenes during an exhibition of his work, at The Boston Tea Party in Honiton.

Mr Bean, 35, gained a degree in the history of art some years ago, but says his photography skills are all "self-taught".

He is prepared to sit and wait for hours, until the lighting is exactly right, to capture a scene.

Dartmoor and coastal areas are included among the 13 pieces on show.
