There will be something new for music fans at the next Tuckers Jazz Club later this month.

La Vie en Rose is an Exeter-based group of musicians with wide-ranging individual backgrounds in classical music, traditional jazz, rock, blues, country, ragtime and roots, pulled together by the shared pleasure of gypsy jazz and hot swing.

With David Jones on guitar, Rebecca Wilson on violin, Laurie Light on guitar, Yann Mahjoub on bass and Dave McKeown on clarinet, their music is in the style of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli.

The gig takes place on Saturday, February 24, at 8pm, at The Tuckers Arms, Dalwood.

Tickets are £10 and those wanting to go are advised to book in advance by calling 01404 831280 or visiting www.dalwoodvillage.co.uk

Parking is available at the village hall car park opposite the venue and for meals at the Tuckers Arms, phone 01404 881342.
