No tickets left to see cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason and his sister Isata Kanneh-Mason (piano) in Seaton
SeatonMusic is delighted to welcome cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason and his sister Isata Kanneh-Mason (piano) for their next concert, writes Peter Dawson.
Sheku was the BBC Young Musician of the Year in 2016 and is now a full-time student at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
Isata reached the finals in the piano section of the competition in 2014 and now studies at the Royal Academy too.
Both have performed with top orchestras in prestigious venues in the UK and abroad.
In Seaton, their programme includes music by Boccherini, Poulenc, Debussy and Brahms.
If proof were needed that these two young musicians are much in demand, it is the fact that their performance in The Gateway is already completely sold out.
For future concerts please contact the Gateway, or Seaton Music’s website.
The concert takes place on Thursday, December 6, at Seaton Gateway.
