More than 80 members of Sidmouth Youth Theatre, aged between 12 and 18, are well into rehearsals for their latest production.

Supported by a professional pit band, the talented youngsters will be performing Oliver! at the Manor Pavilion Theatre, Sidmouth, Wednesday, January 31, to Saturday, February 3.

Lionel Bart’s musical will take you on a wild adventure through Victorian England.

Join young, orphaned Oliver Twist as he navigates London’s underworld of theft and violence, searching for a home.

The group, which has a strong reputation for delivering high quality performances, brings you a gritty and powerful performance that showcases the talent of Sidmouth’s youth and their dedication to refine their work to share with the community.

Tickets (£12 for adults and £6 for under-16s) will be on sale at Sidmouth College 1.40pm to 2.15pm and at theatre box office 10am to 2pm daily.
