Visitors to the Courtyard Gallery, at Lyme’s Town Mill, will have the opportunity to see a solo exhibition by popular local artist Zee Jones but the exhibition only runs for one week.

Zee works mainly in acrylics and collage.

She said: “I am inspired by the paintings of the 20th century modernists, in particular their use of colour and structure.

“I have always been drawn to bold colours and clear structure and feel I have an intuitive understanding of how colours work together and how they can affect emotions.”

The exhibition runs from Thursday, October 26 until Wednesday, November 1 and will be open daily from 10.30am until 4.30pm.

Admission is free and further details are on www.townmillarts.co.uk
